A study conducted by NIST in 2002 reports that software bugs cost the U.S. economy $59.5 billion annually, Some one without understanding the requirements; start developing the project, Which effect the increased number of bugs or sometimes ultimate need to scrap the project/product.
Software that performs well is useless if it ultimately fails to meet business/client requirements. Many organizations continue to deliver requirements that are unclear, ambiguous or incomplete. These erroneous requirements then go on to be tracked, traced and perfectly executed, resulting in a system that “does what was required” but unfortunately doesn’t do what business/clients thought they asked for.
